images-7.jpgI love me my Mexican food. And, of course, south of the border brews… Coronas, margaritas, (even though I had a bad night with him in college, I still love him) Jose Cuervo and I can’t forget the oh-so-yummy mojito. Mmmmm.

Last year, in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, I hosted a fiesta at my apartment. The only catch was that I had plans on the Cinco of May so I had a Cuatro de Mayo party instead. In keeping with tradition I’ve decided to host another Mexican par-tay but I’m inviting the town. And while I’d love to open up my home to everyone, I’m not enough of a domestic goddess to feel like cleaning up afterwards so I’m renting a bus.

There are so many places with Mexican flare in the West Chester area to eat that we need a bus to drive us around to enjoy a dine-around of Mexican fun. Join me and the rest of wcdish.comers for this fun-filled adventure that is sure to include good eats, drinks and fried ice cream fun. Mark your calendars for May 4th. Times, prices and information will be posted shortly. What I can tell you is that the bus is leaving early to catch happy hour (so no working late) and everyone that comes will get a sombrero. Ole!

The Final Dish: If you want to come email wcdish@gmail.com with how many are in your party. I’ll get back to you with the details. Space is limited.
