So, what’s the WC Dish story? Well…as with any great story, it began with ice cream.But first, let me share a little about me. Food has always been a priority for me; it has influenced everything from my education (I picked my college because of the dining hall — after all, I would be eating there for four years), careers, potential dates and travel destinations.

We have a double header on Sunday in West Chester! I will be working at the first event on Sunday but am hoping to check out the happenings at some local watering holes afterwards which will help raise funds for local charities. Very cool. Super Sunday happens from 11- 5.
West Chester Borough Parks & Recreation presents Super Sunday in downtown West Chester. This free family event takes place from 11 am to 5 pm on Gay Street between Matlack & Darlington Streets. Memorial Day is a great day to enjoy beautiful weather (knock on wood) and the company of close friends. On May 30th most of the country will be doing just that, but not everyone is so fortunate.
