West Chester Dish

No problem finding it and they do have a wonderful cheesesteak. I don't know if it is second best or third best but it is good - very good roll. The burgers are OK but a bit too lean. Several years ago someone determined that of the top rated hambergers in the Phila. area all used at least 20% fat in their burgers. FAT RULES!!
Surprised that the kitchen seemed a bit slow. There was only one order ahead of mine but it took 15 minutes to get the food. It was 12:30 PM but there were ony three other groups of two. I wonder if they able to step up the pace when they are really busy? There was only one register going.

The Fresh Works is located at Market and High streets (with the green neon windows)...Wow..a West Chester spot ranked third in Philly for cheesesteaks!! Way to represent!! There cheesesteaks are the BEST..I love there rolls and they are open to 3 am on the weekend..
