There seem to be new food events popping up every month, but here is one that should not be missed. Rolling Barrel Events and The Desmond Hotel have teamed up to present The First Annual TASTE LOCAL! Celebration of Regional Food, Wine & Beer, which will take place at The Desmond Hotel in Malvern, February 5 and 6. -

Marksmallows: A Fresh Take on a Sweet and Simple Delight

A roaring fire and marshmallows. This combination could mean a perfect summer night with s’mores or a cozy winter night at home with a cup of cocoa. The common denominator is Mark Leone and his Marksmallows. -
I was running late (yet again) and barely slipping my shoes on as I headed out the door after a full day of meetings and deadlines that left no time to form expectations about my dinner at Simon Pearce. -
We’ve all been waiting for The Side Bar and Restaurant to open in the location formally known as Vincent’s. Good News West Chester, the time has come. The official Grand Opening is Sunday (tomorrow) at Noon but they have been open the Friend’s and Family Night on Tuesday night. -

The culinary smorgasbord that is West Chester is about to become even more varied with the addition of two new restaurants about three blocks apart.
