I am not crazy about the ice cream and the girls working there are SO RUDE!!! My friend loves the ice cream but now even she doesn't want to go in there b/c the staff is SO RUDE!!! God forbid you ask to sample anything, you'd think you were asking for a kidney.

What happened

I was in the store in the beginning of the summer and the menu had smoothies, pretzel cones and special desserts like the milkshake with three different flavors and 4 pots of fresh coffee.. Now no coffee,no smoothies, nothing new, you have to ask them to brew some coffee after 8pm. The website shows chocolate covered pretzels and candy, where is it?

We're weekly visitors to the Scoop. Daughter loves the playdough icecream and pistachio for me!

Oh and two words: TRY DOUGHNUTS.

Absolutely the best ice cream in WC. Reminds me of the old ice cream store out on Paoli Pike by Airport Rd. Great service, and owners who stand behind their product. I highly recommend the Pumpkin or Smores. A+++++++

Just got back from my first visit with my two kids; my daughter had the Playdough ice cream and my son the award winning Chocolate, both were excellent but the best part was the doughnuts, I ordered a dozen to go, chocolate glazed, cinnamon suger, once I got home and tried them I thought I died and gone to heaven, highly recommended.

My kids and I adore WC Scoop! We love to walk through town on a Saturday, visit the Grower's Market, and then head to WC Scoop. The Hershey's ice cream is outstanding (Moose Tracks!), the staff is very patient while the kids decide on a flavor, topping, etc., the VIP club is great - buy 5 cones and get one free - they keep the punch card, so you don't have to bring it with you, and they have coupon's on their web site (www.westchesterscoop.com) WAY better than that other noisy, expensive ice cream shop just down the street. The new dinig area is attractive and the outside area is cute. Love Scoop!

Loved the chocolate moose tracks. Wish I had known about the cute little patio in the back, because it would have been fun to sit out there and enjoy my ice cream.
