We’re weekly visitors to the Scoop. Daughter loves the playdough icecream and pistachio for me!
Oh and two words: TRY DOUGHNUTS.

Absolutely the best ice cream in WC. Reminds me of the old ice cream store out on Paoli Pike by Airport Rd. Great service, and owners who stand behind their product. I highly recommend the Pumpkin or Smores. A+++++++

Just got back from my first visit with my two kids; my daughter had the Playdough ice cream and my son the award winning Chocolate, both were excellent but the best part was the doughnuts, I ordered a dozen to go, chocolate glazed, cinnamon suger, once I got home and tried them I thought I died and gone to heaven, highly recommended.

My kids and I adore WC Scoop! We love to walk through town on a Saturday, visit the Grower’s Market, and then head to WC Scoop. The Hershey’s ice cream is outstanding (Moose Tracks!), the staff is very patient while the kids decide on a flavor, topping, etc., the VIP club is great - buy 5 cones and get one free - they keep the punch card, so you don’t have to bring it with you, and they have coupon’s on their web site (www.westchesterscoop.com) WAY better than that other noisy, expensive ice cream shop just down the street. The new dinig area is attractive and the outside area is cute. Love Scoop!

Hold the phone..
Not only do they have great seating now.. They have DONUTS.. FRESH donuts. They have a DONUT Machine ok…
And a Donut Ice Cream Sundae…. YEAH!
Seriously, I run 2 miles+ a day and go to the Gym so we can go here on Saturday and have breakfast now.
as spring summer comes… and Ice Cream Season begins… 3-4 miles a day?
AWESOME people, prices, and service.

People, hear me when I tell you that you need to try Honey Bun at Scoop, it’s life changing

Loved the chocolate moose tracks. Wish I had known about the cute little patio in the back, because it would have been fun to sit out there and enjoy my ice cream.

Firstly, let me appologize for my terrible spelling errors on my Penn’s table review. I was typing while trying to eat a leg of lamb - and we all know how that goes.
As for West Chester Scoop. Very good. I enjoyed the traditional chocolate in a cone. They have a pretty good selection of your “hard ice creams” (as opposed to the softies).
I also love the framed photos of old time West Chester. The place has an old time charm. They will also be opening the left portion of the building shortly.
Therefore, I will behold 8.1 “that blue yak” stars out of 10 to the friendly people at WC Scoop.
